Product Introduction
SINCHOLD D2 Discontinuous Steel Composite Rail Rubber Pads are designed for installations where rails are mounted on individual sole plates.The rectangular groove of elastic composite rubber pad arranged in the section direction of the direction of the plate.To reduce the overall plate lateral force after deformation and the deformation caused by squeezing rubber surface damage.Because of the steel plate, the structure is very reasonable.After 2 million times of fatigue test is still a good performance. So, even after long time use plate is not damaged.
Product Feature and Application
The composite plate used for bedding under the rail and length along the rail layout. Width is smaller than rail bottom width 4 to 5 mm.The composite plate type structure become two layers of rubber block 0.5-0.7 high quality steel after hot glue composite structure type. Suitable temperature range -20℃-80℃.After the installation after the pressing force of rail plate, the composite plate can keep close contact with rail and rail bottom, make up the rail support surface roughness, in the loaded plate under wheel load will not stretch,instead the grooves are filled,enhance composite plate stiffness, can also prevent the large pressure produced by internal stress of crane, uniform crane wheel pressure, eliminate the fatigue stress produced by the concentrated load.
